ABC Moving Systems has been serving Southern California since 1993, with over 30 years of licensed and insured moving experience. We’re a family-owned and operated company with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
What areas do you serve?
We specialize in moves throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Brentwood, Hollywood, West LA, Santa Clarita, Glendale, Burbank, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and many more surrounding communities.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ABC Moving Systems is fully licensed by the State of California and fully insured. You can move with confidence knowing your belongings are in the hands of a certified, reputable company.
Services
What types of moves do you handle?
We handle both residential and commercial moves. Approximately 50% of our work is household moving and 50% is office/business moving. Whether it’s a single item or a 20,000 sq. ft. home, we’ve got you covered.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes. We offer partial and full packing services for both home and office moves. Our team uses professional-grade packing materials to ensure your items are packed securely and efficiently.
Do you offer storage?
Yes. ABC Moving Systems offers short-term and long-term storage solutions. While your items are in our storage, furniture remains wrapped in quilted furniture pads for added protection. If you need frequent access to your belongings, we can also recommend nearby self-storage facilities.
Getting a Quote
How do I get a moving quote?
You can request a quote by phone, text, email or webform. To get started, we’ll need: contact information, move addresses and approximate move date.
Is the quote free?
Yes, all estimates are free. We’ll work with you to find the most accurate rate for your specific move.
Do you do onsite surveys?
Yes. For larger moves, we offer a pre-move onsite survey to assess the scope of the job and create a coordinated move plan, ensuring a smooth moving day.
Moving Day
How do I prepare for moving day?
We recommend labeling boxes by room, noting any special instructions for fragile or high-priority items, and ensuring pathways are clear for the crew. If you’ve ordered packing materials in advance, getting a head start on boxing up smaller items can save time.
What if I have items going to storage and a new home?
No problem. Just let your crew know and provide clear instructions ahead of time. Our teams are experienced at organizing loads for multi-destination deliveries.
Will my furniture be protected during the move?
Yes. We use soft quilted furniture pads in addition to plastic wrap to protect your furniture during transport.
Pricing & Policies
What factors affect the cost of my move?
Pricing is based on the volume and weight of your items, distance of the move, access details (stairs, elevators, parking), and any additional services like packing or storage.
What are your sales and office hours?
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What are your crew hours?
7 days a week: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM – additional after hours subject to availability
