Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:

Short notice cancellation, postponement or rescheduling can cause significant negative consequences to a moving company. Once you reserve a crew for a specific date and time, your moving company is often turning away other customers for the spot you have reserved. When you cancel, postpone or reschedule on short notice, it is often too late to fill that spot with another customer. As such, we have the following short notice cancellation or rescheduling policy.

In the event you need to cancel, postpone, or reschedule your move . . . ABC requires a minimum of 3 business days’ notice . . . no later than 10am on the 3rd business day prior. Otherwise, ABC will charge a fee in the amount of 50% of the minimum as quoted.  If you cancel or reschedule your job later than 3pm the business day prior to your service date, or the same day as your move, you will be charged the minumum amount as quoted.

Shown below are the cancellation / postponement / rescheduling day requirements:

Sunday service date – you must cancel, postpone or reschedule no later than Wednesday prior
Monday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Wednesday prior
Tuesday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Thursday prior
Wednesday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Friday prior
Thursday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Monday prior
Friday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Tuesday prior
Saturday service date – you must cancel or reschedule no later than Wednesday prior
